We recommend 2–5 days in advance when possible, but we accommodate same-day and next-day requests based on availability. Larger jobs and events require 2–3 weeks notice to ensure proper crew and logistics planning.

Yes. We operate Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule at no charge. Call us as early as possible if your plans change — we'll work with you.

Absolutely. Many clients combine services — for example, a move followed by assembly and TV mounting at the new location. Tell us everything you need when you book and we'll plan accordingly.

Moving

Both options work. If you prefer to pack yourself, we handle loading, transport, and placement. If you'd like us to assist with packing, mention it when you book.

Call us to discuss specialty items. Certain heavy or oversized pieces require advance planning and additional equipment. We'll confirm exactly what's involved before the appointment.

We use protective wrapping, moving blankets, and securing straps as standard practice. Fragile or high-value items get extra attention. Let us know in advance if you have specific concerns about a particular piece.

Yes. We've handled office relocations of all sizes across Los Angeles. We can work evenings or weekends to minimize disruption to your operations.

Furniture Assembly

All of them. IKEA, Wayfair, West Elm, Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, CB2, Amazon, and any other brand. If it came with an instruction sheet, we assemble it.

Someone does need to be present to provide access and accept the completed work. If you need to step out briefly, discuss it with us when scheduling.

We identify what's missing and walk you through contacting the manufacturer. Most brands ship missing hardware at no cost within a few days. We return to complete the assembly once parts arrive.

Yes. We break down and remove all cardboard, styrofoam, and packaging. We leave the space clean.

Installation

We mount on drywall, plaster, concrete, and brick. We use appropriate anchors and hardware for each surface type. Let us know if your building has specific restrictions.

You can supply your own or we can bring one. If you'd like us to supply it, mention your TV size and model when you book.

Yes — in-wall cable management creates a clean, professional finish. We confirm the details before the appointment since it requires cutting into drywall.

Delivery of supplies and equipment to the venue, full setup of furniture, signage, and staging areas, on-site logistics coordination, and complete teardown and removal afterward. We handle the physical execution so your team focuses on the event itself.
